Details

These plasma table friendly bulkheads are designed to graft onto an GMT800 (99-06 SILVERADO 1500) chassis or utilized to start a new one from the ground up. Setup for the Universal Beams from Tekk they provide the perfect starting point with all the hard work figured out for you, the geometry, and the steering. They feature center mounted radius arms along with equal length steering setup from a 4 bolt Sag Box and 4.5” throw ram. The uprights are universal in that they can be mated with either stock D44 components or any of the aftermarket race hub setups (designed for the JEHC INC snout blocks, sold separately under the Fabrication/Hard Parts section of the sire). The entire front end is designed with a 10Deg rake built into it for optimal performance and ground clearance, the rear section of the bulkhead, the radius arm mount is designed to be mounted level in the chassis.

This cutfile pack includes the following: Beams, Radius Arms, Uprights, Steering upright tabs, Swingers, Pitman Arm, Frame/Bulkhead, and Crosslink Cutfiles along with ESAM files for assembly.

After purchase JEHC INC will reach to you to confirm the below options to ensure you get the files per the setup you want to run.

TrackWidth– This setup comes in two different trackwidths, either 88”+ range or 91+” plus range.

Beam Options – We have two different Beam/Upright options based on the tire size you plan on running, for the 37” tires we suggest the 1.25” beams and for anything larger we suggest the 1.5” bearing beams.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this whole front end come with the beams and radius arms or just the bulkhead?

It's the full pack — beams, radius arms, uprights, steering upright tabs, swingers, pitman arm, frame/bulkhead, and crosslink cutfiles, plus the ESAM files for assembly. It's set up around Tekk's universal beams so the geometry and steering are already figured out for you.

Can I run these uprights with my stock D44 stuff or do I need race hubs?

The uprights are universal — they'll mate to stock D44 components or any of the aftermarket race hub setups. They're designed for the JEHC INC snout blocks, which are sold separately under the Fabrication/Hard Parts section.

I'm running 40s, which beam option should I have cut?

For 37s we suggest the 1.25" beams, and for anything bigger than that go with the 1.5" bearing beams — so for 40s you'd want the 1.5". After you buy, JEHC INC will reach out to confirm your trackwidth and beam option before sending the files.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
