These hangers are designed for the Ford Ranger and setup for long travel leaf springs and shackles, ideally pair these hangers with the DIY 6” or 6.5” shackles for the 2.5” springs (3” mount width). They bolt to the stock chassis with ½” bolts and feature a very stout design over the stock hangers. Featuring a drop of 2” and moved rearward 1” these hangers will free up the movement of long travel leaf springs (bolt in, example is Deaver). Combined with the long travel 6.5” shackle this will provide a great setup for those running leaf springs and a simple bed cage in their prerunner. ***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.*** PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. Do these hangers bolt to the stock Ranger chassis or do I have to drill new holes?

They bolt right to the stock chassis using 1/2" bolts, so no major surgery needed. They're a much stouter design than the factory hangers.

What springs and shackles should I run with these hangers?

They're set up for 2.5" long travel leaf springs with a 3" mount width, and we'd pair them with the DIY 6" or 6.5" shackles. The example shown is running Deavers, and the 6.5" shackle combo makes a great prerunner leaf setup.

Can I just run these on my plasma table or do they need bending too?

These are PTF (Plasma Table Friendly), so they're mostly or all flat plate with little to no bends, which makes cutting and assembly easy. Just be sure to follow the WPO steps so you keep the strength in the part.
