It's PTF (Plasma Table Friendly), so it's mostly or all flat plate with little to no bends — easy to run on a plasma table. Just follow the included WPO (weld/process order) steps to keep the strength right during assembly.

Both — it's a combo pack, so you get the cut files for the bolt-in hanger and the long travel shackle that drops the location 2" and moves it back 1" to free up shackle movement. You're buying the DXF/CAD files to have everything cut yourself.
