Rear Spring Hangers designed for optimal geometry, the same as the Original GMT800 offset hangers from the GMR back in the day, modified to be Plasma Table Friendly. These hangers lower the shackle location and move it back in the chassis, perfect for 7-7.5" length shackles. Weld them up and bolt them into the stock location for serious performance with any 2.5" bolt in spring pack for the 1500 Silverado 99-13 platform.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Plasma Table Friendly - This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these bolt into the stock location or do I need to cut the frame?

They bolt right into the stock hanger location after you weld them up. You build the hanger from the cut plates, then bolt it in where the factory one sat.

Will these work with my 2.5" wide leaf pack and what shackle length do I need?

Yep, they're made for any 2.5" bolt-in spring pack on the 99-13 1500 Silverado. They lower and move the shackle back, so they're dialed in for 7-7.5" shackles.

Are these flat plate so I can run them on my plasma table, or do they need bending?

These are Plasma Table Friendly, meaning all flat plate with no bends, so they cut easy on a plasma, laser, or waterjet. Just follow the included WPO during assembly to keep the strength right, since you're welding the hanger up yourself.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
