Frequently Asked Questions

Do these towers need any bending or are they all flat plate I can just run on my plasma table?

These are PTF (Plasma Table Friendly), so they're all flat plate with no bends. Just cut them on your plasma, laser, or waterjet and follow the WPO steps to keep the strength when you assemble and weld them up.

Will these mount to my frame even though my rails aren't perfectly straight?

They're designed to mount to a straight frame rail off the side of the frame, but you can trim and sand them down to fit just about any frame rail. A little massaging and they'll work for most builds.

What exactly do I get when I buy this, the actual towers or just the files?

You're getting the DXF cutting files, not a physical part. Take those to a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet to have the plates cut, then weld them into your build following the WPO. If you need a shop to cut them, email us and we can point you to one.

How do I get the 10" Tall Shock Tower for 2.5" Coilover - PTF after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 10" Tall Shock Tower for 2.5" Coilover - PTF cost?

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
