These Universal Radius Arms are designed to complement the JEHC Universal Beams and feature stout boxed construction with a 1.25" rod end for the chassis mount. They are designed to be "flat", as in there is NO camber built into the radius arm. The camber is built into the universal radius arm mount from JEHC (separate file). Constructed from all 3/16" material this arm is plasma table friendly and will fit on a 4'x4' table with no issues.

Plasma Table Friendly - This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Do these radius arms have any camber built in, or do I need something else for that?

These arms are designed flat with no camber built in. The camber is built into the JEHC Universal Radius Arm Mount, which is a separate file you'll want to grab to go with these.

What thickness material do I cut these from and will they fit my 4x4 plasma table?

They're built from 3/16" material all the way through, and they're designed plasma table friendly so they'll fit on a 4'x4' table no problem. There are no bends in the plate, so it's an easy cut and assembly as long as you follow the WPO.

Will these work with my universal beams or are they only made for the JEHC stuff?

These are designed specifically to complement the JEHC Universal Beams and use a 1.25" rod end at the chassis mount. If you're running a different beam setup, shoot us an email and we'll see if these or another file will work for your build.
