These are cut to weld onto 1.5" round tubing. Just notch and weld them right onto your chassis tube.
They're designed to be cut completely out of 3/16" material, and they're plasma table friendly — all flat plate, no bends. Just follow the WPO so you keep the strength with the corner welds.
It fits up to a 0.875" (7/8") rod end and uses a 1/2" bolt. It also lets you run your links at large angles, which is handy for tight chassis layouts.
