Details

Lower Link mounts designed for mounting lower link arms in front of the rear end housing for a 3/4″ bolt and 3″ spread on the spacers (will work with narrower spread spacers). These Mounts are Plasma Table Friendly, easy to fabricate, and angled 20 degrees in.

Plasma Table Friendly – This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Are these set up for 3.5" tube or do I need to scale them for a different size?

These are drawn specifically for 3.5" tube, so they're meant to wrap that diameter right out of the box. If you're running a different tube size, shoot us an email and we'll see if there's a file that fits your build.

Do these plates need to be bent or can I weld them in flat off the table?

These get cut and then press bent before you weld them in — that's why it's drawn as a bend part, not a flat plate. Any decent shop with a press brake can knock the bends out for you, and we can recommend one if you need it.

What's the 20 deg part mean, is that the link angle I'm getting?

Yep, the 20 deg is the built-in angle for this front mount so your link sits where it should. Just download the DXF and have it cut on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, then bend and weld it onto your housing.
