These are drawn specifically for 3.5" tube, so they're meant to wrap that diameter right out of the box. If you're running a different tube size, shoot us an email and we'll see if there's a file that fits your build.
These get cut and then press bent before you weld them in — that's why it's drawn as a bend part, not a flat plate. Any decent shop with a press brake can knock the bends out for you, and we can recommend one if you need it.
