2" Round Tube Miter Joint Plates Pack

You get joint angles from 60 to 120 degrees in 5-degree steps, so there's a plate for just about any tube intersection in that range. That's where the 39 files come from once you factor in the three tube wall thicknesses.

The pack is set up for 1/8", 3/32", and 1/16" tube wall, with a full set of angles for each one. Pick the file that matches the wall of the 2" tube you're joining and run it on your plasma table or have it cut.

They're miter joint plates you weld into the tube intersections to tie the joint together and add strength. Just cut the DXF that matches your angle and wall thickness, then weld it into your build.
