These universal Arms are designed to be plasma table friendly with simple snap together self-fixture design. They can be either cut from mild or 4130 and are perfect for MIG welding but can also be TIG welded.

We can’t confirm or deny what they fit but typically they end up to about 64” in trackwidth with standard UTV wheels.

The files include all the DXF files for cutting with instructions for fabrication. Machine files are also included for the suggested spacers and bushings that complement this arm.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Frequently Asked Questions

What width do these lower arms end up at on a UTV?

These typically end up around 64" trackwidth running standard UTV wheels. We can't promise an exact fitment since they're universal, so if you're shooting for a specific number shoot us an email and we'll help you sort it out.

Can I cut these from 4130 or do they have to be mild steel?

You can run them in either mild steel or 4130, whatever fits your build. They're set up great for MIG but TIG welds just fine too.

Do I get everything I need to fab these, including the bushings and spacers?

Yep, the download includes all the DXF cut files plus fabrication instructions, and we also throw in machine files for the suggested spacers and bushings that go with the arm. They're plasma table friendly with a snap-together self-fixturing design, so they're easy to run on your table and weld up.

How do I get the Universal UTV LOWER ARM - Maybe 64" in width range test after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the Universal UTV LOWER ARM - Maybe 64" in width range test cost?

The Universal UTV LOWER ARM - Maybe 64" in width range test is $250.00.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
