Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.

Details about our build plans - Originally drawn in either Sketchup or Solidworks - Each file is saved as the original CAD and a DXF copy is exported - All our bumpers were made the same way, 3/16" Body with 1/4" mounts, winch plates etc. - Most of our full-size truck bumpers will take 3/4 of a sheet of 3/16" and a 1/4 sheet of 1/4" (+/-). - Our fold and weld designs allow you to easily bend the panels by hand. It assures ease of assembly by placing each piece where it needs to go. We have found since adopting this type of design that our support questions have dropped dramatically. - All of these designs have been built several times in house and sold to customers in both DIY and prebuilt forms.
