Frequently Asked Questions

Will these files fit my JT Gladiator, or just the Wrangler JL?

Yep, these are designed off laser-scanned data to fit the JL, JLU, and the JT Gladiator. So you're covered whether you're running a Wrangler or a Gladiator.

Do these need bending, or can I just cut them flat on my plasma table and weld them up?

There's some forming involved — it's designed with easy bends, so you'll want a press to form the plates after cutting. After that it's just minor welding to assemble.

Does this come with the hardware list, or do I gotta figure that out myself?

A hardware BOM is included with the files, so you'll know exactly what to source to bolt it together. You're just buying the DXF/CAD cut files here — no physical parts ship, so you'll have the plates cut and bent yourself.

How do I get the 2018+ Jeep JL /JLU /JT- Jeep Modular Front Bumper after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 2018+ Jeep JL /JLU /JT- Jeep Modular Front Bumper cost?

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
