This Frame Notch and Bump stop mount is designed to be welded into the frame while providing about 2.5" more bump/compression wheel travel with a 2.0" hydrolic bumpstop.

Plasma Table Friendly - This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Does this notch need any bending or is it all flat plate I can run on my plasma table?

It's plasma table friendly, meaning all flat plate with no bends — easy to cut and assemble for anyone with a plasma table. Just make sure you follow the WPO so the strength stays where it needs to be.

Does the 2.0" hydraulic bump stop come with the files or do I need to source that separately?

You're purchasing the DXF cutting files for the frame notch and bump stop mount only — the actual 2.0" hydraulic bump stop isn't included, so you'll need to grab that on your own. Once cut and welded into the frame it gives you about 2.5" more bump/compression travel.
