Frequently Asked Questions

Are these files just for one 5' section, or do I get everything to build the full 20' table?

This is the DXF for one 5' section. The sections are designed to bolt or weld together, so you can run multiple to build out 10', 15', or 20' — just grab the number of sections you need for your table length.

What thickness material do I cut these from when I run them on my plasma table?

These are drawn for 1/4" plate, so have your plates cut from 1/4". You'll get the DXF to run on a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet.

Do these plates need to be bent or are they flat cut and ready to assemble?

Some of the pieces are designed to be bent on a press, so it's not all flat work. If you don't have a press, shoot us an email and we can point you to a shop that can cut and bend them for you.

How do I get the 5x5' Table 9/16" bolt on 2x2" pattern (1/4" plate material) after I buy it?

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
