These tool treys from Deuling Design are setup to be cut on plasma tables from 1/16” material and easily bend them together by hand with the sectioned design. They are setup for the specific tire size you are running so that the trey matched the tire and sits nicely for a secure tool storage shelf when you are working on your rig.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

This one's the MINI version cut to match a 39" tire so it sits nice and secure against the tire when you're working. If you're running a different tire size, shoot us an email and we'll see if Deuling Design has a file that matches your setup.

What thickness material do I cut these from?

These are designed to be cut from 1/16" material. The sectioned design lets you bend it together by hand, so it's about as plasma-table-friendly as it gets.

Do I need a press brake or can I bend these by hand?

No press needed on this one — it's set up so you can bend it together by hand thanks to the sectioned design. Just make sure you follow the WPO steps so it keeps its strength once it's assembled.
