Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an actual STEP file I can pull into my CAD to design new rear arms, or just a mesh?

It's the scan mesh in STEP format, plus critical geometry blocks so you can easily grab center points and pickup data. It's meant to get you going designing your own rear arms/suspension, not a finished part.

Does this cover the rear pickup points on the chassis too, or just the suspension components?

It includes the rear arm, toe link, radius rods, upright, and shock, plus a scan of the chassis with the pickup points. The chassis scan is admittedly a 'meh' scan, but it's enough to get you in the right direction for the rear.

Is this scan pack only good for the 4-seat ProR, or will it work for the 2-seat too?

This pack is the 2022 ProR 4-seat rear, so that's what it's confirmed for. If you're on a different ProR setup, shoot us an email and we'll see if there's another scan that fits your build.

How do I get the 2022 ProR 4-Seat REAR suspension Scan Pack - STEP FILE after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 2022 ProR 4-Seat REAR suspension Scan Pack - STEP FILE cost?

The 2022 ProR 4-Seat REAR suspension Scan Pack - STEP FILE is $450.00.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
