Yep, this one's made for 1.75" round tubing. The guide rides on the OD so it'll work across wall thicknesses, but if you've got a specific build in mind just email us and we'll make sure it's the right fit.

Is this a 3D print file I run myself or do I get a printed part shipped to me?

This is a digital download you print yourself, not a physical part. After payment you get the file and you can run it on your own printer to make the notch guide.

Do I need anything else to actually use this for marking my notches?

Once it's printed it just wraps around your 1.75" tube to give you the cut line for coping. You'll still need your saw or hole saw setup to do the actual notching.
