Yep, these are made for 1.5" round tubing. The fit is based on the OD, so as long as you're running 1.5" round it'll work regardless of wall thickness.

It's a digital download, so nothing physical ships. You get the file to print yourself so you can mark and cut your notches on your build.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
