These come as DXF cut files designed by Tekk Consulting Inc, so you can drop them into your CAM software and run them on a plasma, laser, or waterjet. If you don't have a table yourself, email us and we'll point you to a shop that can cut them for you.

What steel thickness should I cut these from for my build?

The file itself is just the cut geometry, so material and thickness depend on your application. Shoot us an email and we can connect you with the designer to make sure you're running the right material for what you're building.

Do I get the actual files emailed to me after I pay, or does something ship out?

These are digital downloads only — nothing physical ships. Once your payment goes through you get the DXF cut files to download, then it's on you to have them cut, bent if needed, and welded into your build.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
