Frequently Asked Questions
This pack is sized specifically for 1.25" round tube. If you're running other tube sizes, shoot us an email and we'll see if Tekk has a file pack for your diameter.
It covers joint angles from 60 to 120 degrees in 5 degree steps, so you've got plates for just about any miter you'd run in a tube chassis. They're also broken out for 1/8", 3/32", and 1/16" tube wall, 39 files total.
Yep, you get DXF cut files for all 39 plates so you can run them on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, then weld them into your joints. If you need a shop to cut them for you, email us and we'll point you to one we trust.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
