92-96 Ford Hidden Winch Bumper Brackets
Replacement brackets for stock bumper to allow mounting harborfreight winch plate and badlands winch.
This set of brackets were designed for my bronco to utilize a slightly modified harbor freight winch plate, a badlands 12k winch, and a slightly modified stock bumper. It is designed to be up as high as possible to keep high clearance which means that the control box on top of the winch must be remote mounted under the hood. There's also an additional plate that goes back to the stock sway bar mounts for extra strength that gets match drilled to the stock holes. If you do not need the extra strength, use bracket titled "Mounting Bracket for stock bumper 4 Shortened". You will put a slight bend in the full length bracket depending on how high you mount the winch brackets and then weld the bend seams. You can see quantities in the included image file. Make sure you flip the bottom bracket for one side as the full assemblies need to be mirrored to match the winch plate. They are intended to be cut from 1/4" steel.

Frequently Asked Questions
These brackets are designed around the Harbor Freight winch plate and Badlands winch, so that's what they're confirmed for. If you're running a different winch, shoot us an email and we'll see if these will still work or if there's another file that fits your setup better.
We don't list a specific thickness on these, so go with what you're comfortable welding into your bumper setup for a winch load. If you want, email us and we can connect you with the designer, Mc Will Manufacturing, to confirm what they ran them at.
This is a digital download only — you get the DXF cut files after payment, no physical part ships. Run them on your own plasma/laser/waterjet or send them to a shop to have them cut, then weld them into your bumper. Email us if you need a shop recommendation for cutting.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
