'81-'87 K-Series Fabricated Front Winch Bumper
Frequently Asked Questions
These are designed for the '81-'87 K-Series GM trucks and SUVs, so the Blazer and Suburban are covered along with the pickups. If you've got something outside that range, email us and we'll see if it'll work for your build.
You source your own tube — this kit is built to use 2" OD tubing for the main tube and 1.5" OD for the lower tube. You're buying the DXF cut files for the plate work, so run those on your plasma table and grab your tube locally.
It's a fabricated builder kit, so you'll be cutting the plate from the DXF files, bending your tube, and welding it all together into a finished bumper. Plan on a plasma table and a welder to get this one done.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
