Frequently Asked Questions

Do these files include the tubing or do I need to source my own?

Just the DXF cut files for the plates — you supply your own tubing. It's designed to use 2" OD for the main tube and 1.5" OD for the lower tube, so grab those for your build.

Are there any bends in this or is it all flat plate I can run on my plasma table?

It's all flat plate, no bends — that's the whole point of the plasma-table-friendly design. Cut the plates, follow the WPO for assembly, and weld it up so it keeps its strength.

Will these fit my squarebody if it's not an '81-'87, or just those years?

These are confirmed for '81-'87 K-Series Chevy trucks. If your truck's outside that range, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file works for your build.

How do I get the '81-'87 K-Series Fabricated Front Bumper after I buy it?

How much does the '81-'87 K-Series Fabricated Front Bumper cost?

The '81-'87 K-Series Fabricated Front Bumper is $25.00.

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
