This Chassis table is designed for building large weldment structures with accuracy. Utilizing a standard 2”x2” pattern and holes lasered to the perfect diameter for a 3/8” tap, this table is a great addition to any professional fabrication facility. Featuring a main structure from 2x3” .250 wall material with a 3/8” main plate and cross ribbing this table can hold plenty of weight accurately.

The 4 feet are designed for ¾” shank adjustable casters or solid mounts. The tables are also designed with alignment pins (standard 1” from Mcmaster) machined to perfection for the exact fit, when stacking tables together you can easily align them and bolt them for that perfect bolt pattern extension. This allows for the continuation of the bolt pattern across the distance of the table (usually 20’) when fixturing larger weldments like a race truck chassis.

All the tubes are designed to be laser cut with tab/slot style interlocking for the perfect fitment during fabrication of the table, including the tubes. Contact Us for any questions on where to get this cut.

Are the tube parts in these files set up to interlock, or do I have to jig everything myself when I weld it up?

The tubes are designed with tab/slot style interlocking so everything self-fixtures for perfect fitment while you weld the table together. Makes assembly way easier and keeps it accurate.

Can I bolt two of these together to fixture a full-length trophy truck chassis?

Yep, that's the idea. The files include machined alignment pin locations (standard 1" from McMaster) so you can stack and bolt tables together and continue the 2"x2" bolt pattern across the distance, usually out to around 20' for fixturing a race truck chassis.

What do I get when I buy this, and what machine do I need to cut it on?

You're getting the DXF cut files for the plates and tubes, not a physical table.
