These tool treys from Deuling Design are setup to be cut on plasma tables from 1/16” material and easily bend them together by hand with the sectioned design. They are setup for the specific tire size you are running so that the trey matched the tire and sits nicely for a secure tool storage shelf when you are working on your rig.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Frequently Asked Questions

What tire size is this tray cut for, will it fit my 42s?

Yep, this one is set up specifically for 42" tires so the tray matches the curve and sits nice and secure on the tire. If you're running a different size, shoot us an email and we'll see if we've got a file that matches your setup.

What thickness steel do I cut these from and do I need a press to bend them?

These are designed to be cut from 1/16" material and the sectioned design lets you bend them together by hand, so no press needed. Just make sure you follow the WPO steps so it keeps its strength.

Can I run these files on my plasma table or do I need a laser or waterjet?

These are Plasma Table Friendly, so they're mostly flat plate with little to no bends and cut easy on a plasma table. You can also run them on a laser or waterjet if that's what you've got — you're getting the DXF cut files (or CAD) to have cut however you like.

How do I get the 42" TIRE TOOL TRAY LARGE after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 42" TIRE TOOL TRAY LARGE cost?

The 42" TIRE TOOL TRAY LARGE is $20.00.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
