We suggest 3/8" for most applications, but since these are just the DXF files you can cut them from whatever material thickness fits your build. Just keep in mind the strength notes and follow the WPO when you assemble them.
Yep, the bushing sections are 2" outer diameter so they work great with any shackle bushing pack from 2" on down. They're also set up with 1/2" mounting bolt holes.
