These are set up for the standard Autofab bushing packs, which you can grab on Kartek.com. You'll need to source those yourself since this is just the cut files for the shackle plates.
You can cut them on your plasma table, that's exactly what they're designed for. They do need to be pressed/bent after cutting, so you'll want a press to finish them off, or have a shop bend them for you.
