These Sway bar arms are designed for UTV applications and designed for the 1” broached ends that are available on the site under the Fabrication/Hard Parts Section. They are setup perfectly for a variety of UTV applications and mounting styles. Either front or rear these sway bar setups are plasma table friendly and provide the perfect amount of strength to complement your UTV project. Designed for the high-mis alignment rod ends from FX (part number HRSMX8T) that are available at Kertek.com and other retailers alike.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

Do these sway bar arms need the 1" broached ends, or can I run my own?

They're designed around the 1" broached ends we carry on the site under the Fabrication/Hard Parts section, so that's what they're set up for. Grab those along with the FX high-misalignment rod ends (HRSMX8T) and you'll be dialed in.

Are these flat plate I can just run on my plasma table, or do they need bending?

These are Plasma Table Friendly, so they're mostly or all flat plate with little to no bends — easy to cut and assemble on a plasma table. Just make sure you follow the WPO so the strength stays where it needs to be.

Can I use these on both the front and rear of my UTV?

Yep, this setup works front or rear and is built for a variety of UTV mounting styles. You're buying the DXF/CAD cut files to have the plates cut yourself — nothing physical ships.
