Frequently Asked Questions
Yep, these come as DXF cut files ready to drop onto a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet. As always, double-check your kerf and lead-ins for your particular setup before you cut a full batch.
The file doesn't lock you into a thickness since it's a flat DXF profile, so you'll want to match the material to your build. If you let us know what you're welding these into, email us and we can point you to what the designer at Tekk Consulting had in mind.
These ship as cut files only, so what you get is the flat DXF profile. If the part needs bending for your application we can recommend a shop to cut and bend them for you — just shoot us an email.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
