Frequently Asked Questions

Are these weld-in or do they bolt on to my build?

These are DXF cut files for fab parts, so you'll cut them and weld them into your build. There's no bolt-on hardware included — it's a cut file you run on a plasma, laser, or waterjet.

What thickness steel should I cut these from?

The file doesn't lock you into a thickness — you cut it from whatever plate your build calls for. If you're not sure what's right for this part, shoot us an email and we'll point you in the right direction.

What do I actually get after I pay, just the DXF?

Yep, after payment you get the downloadable DXF cut file to run on your own table or hand off to a shop to have cut. If you need someone to cut or bend it, email us and we'll recommend a shop.

How do I get the 101-JLF-101-14-50.8 after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 101-JLF-101-14-50.8 cost?

The 101-JLF-101-14-50.8 is $2.00.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
