These Fabricated tube bumper frame horns are the perfect start to a pre-runner bumper. Simply weld up the frame horns then trim the factory frame back to where you want to locate the bumper (using the main 2" tube location as reference) then build the bumper from there. Typically, you bend up a 2" tube for the starting point of the bumper that indexes into the fabricated frame horns.

These are designed for the Ford Ranger Edge. If you're running a different year or model Ranger, shoot us an email and we'll see if another file works for your build before you buy.

What size tube do these index off of for building the bumper?

They're set up around a 2" tube — you trim the factory frame back using the main 2" tube location as your reference, then bend up a 2" tube as the starting point that indexes into the horns. From there you build the bumper out however you want.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
