Frequently Asked Questions

Are these the actual machined hubs or just the DXF cut files?

These are physical IRC hub assemblies, not just files — the full setup with the 7075 hub bodies, 300M 36 spline drive plates, 80mm bearings, snouts, studs, and hardware. Shipping isn't included, so email [email protected] for a shipping quote, or you can do local pickup in Murrieta, CA.

What axle and bearing setup are these running so I know what to mate up to my build?

They run 80mm tapered roller bearings (stronger than the 3.25") with jumbo 36 spline axles, and the drive plates are 6 on 6.5" bolt pattern. The snouts are sized for 4" by .250 wall, so plan your housing accordingly.

Can I get the hub caps with a different center bore for my wheels?

Yep, the 7075 hub caps come with either a 4.25" or 5" center bore, so you can match what your wheels need. If you've got a specific setup in mind, email [email protected] to sort out which one works for you.

How do I get the IRC Trophy Truck Rear Hub Assemblies after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the IRC Trophy Truck Rear Hub Assemblies cost?

The IRC Trophy Truck Rear Hub Assemblies is $7,050.00.

Browse the IRC Inc Hub and Rear End Components category, or shoot us an email and we will point you to the right files for your build.

Do you have Fabrication / Hard Parts cut files for an off-road or race build?

Yeah — DIY Off Road carries downloadable DXF cut files across Fabrication / Hard Parts, including IRC Inc Hub and Rear End Components, all designed by working fab shops. Browse the Fabrication / Hard Parts section or email us and we will help you track down the right files.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
