IRC 4" Housing and Trophy Truck Hub Assembly Package

This 4" Housing  is designed and built for race / play applications. Its MIG welded with ER80s-2 filler and features a complete 4130 construction including the faceplate (most are mild steel). Setup for ARP press in studs this center section will fit the large 10" third members that are available for the Ford 9" pattern. 

Includes an IRC billet filler cap and -8 ORB Vent Fitting. 

These hub assemblies are what IRC Inc runs on the Mid Engine AWDTT platform. 

They feature 80 mm bearings (more robust than 3.25") with jumbo 36 spline axles.

-7075 Hub bodies 

-300M Treated 36 spline Jumbo 6 on 6.5" drive plates 

-11/16 shank 5/8" lug nut wheel studs from RPI

-7075 Hub Caps with either 4.25" or 5" center bore. 

-300M treated 80mm bearing HJousing Snouts for 4" y .250 wall 

-80mm Tapered Roller Bearings (stronbger than 3.25")

-Rear Hub seals with snap rings

-4140 bearing spacer/ crush sleeve

-4140 Snout lock nuts with 4130 washers and matching hub nut tool

These are sold with the full truss designed for a stadnard width, options for 3 and 4 link mounts are also availbale. IRC can also build thse out complete to your specifications. Email Jason@jehcinc.com for more details on custom and complete rear end packages.
