This plasma table friendly arm set was originally designed for Chris Forsberg's 2019 SEMA build (Titan). The arms provide 4" wider trackwidth over stock and more travel with the stock ball joints and uprights/hubs/brakes.

You will need to get extended steering and axles to match the arms.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these bolt right in or do I need to cut up my frame to run them?

These are a bolt-in mid travel setup, so they go in with the stock ball joints, uprights, hubs, and brakes. Just keep in mind you'll need extended steering and axles to match the 4" wider trackwidth.

Are these flat plate parts I can just run on my plasma table, or do they need bending?

They're PTF (Plasma Table Friendly), so it's mostly or all flat plate with little to no bends — easy to cut and assemble if you've got a plasma table. Just follow the WPO steps so the arms keep their strength once welded up.

Will this setup work on my 2-wheel-drive Titan or only the HD 4x4?

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
