These bearing packs are perfect for the DIY prerunner build, complementing quite a few cutfile packs available here on DIY from Centermount Front ends to I-Beam Bulkheads. They feature cups machined for the WSSX16T bearing  / spacers that are standards for the setups here on DIY.

What exactly comes in this kit, do I get enough for both sides?

Each kit ships with four 1" to 3/4" straight stainless spacers, four Delrin anti-wobble bushings, and two 4130 WIDE bearing cups with matching snap rings. That covers a pair, so you've got what you need for both sides.

Will these bearing cups work with the front end cut file packs you guys sell here?

Yep, that's exactly what they're built for. The cups are machined for the WSSX16T bearing and spacers that are standard across the DIY setups, so they complement a bunch of the packs here from Centermount front ends to I-Beam bulkheads.

Do the bearings themselves come with this kit or do I source those separately?

The kit includes the cups, spacers, snap rings, and the Delrin anti-wobble bushings, but the cups are machined for the WSSX16T bearing — if you're not sure whether you've got those covered for your build, shoot us an email and we'll point you the right way.

Yeah — DIY Off Road carries downloadable DXF cut files across Fabrication / Hard Parts, including Bearing Packs, all designed by working fab shops. Browse the Fabrication / Hard Parts section or email us and we will help you track down the right files.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
