The files are set up for a heavy duty pan, so we'd run them in steel thick enough to hold up without flexing. The DXF doesn't lock you into a gauge though, so cut it from whatever sheet you've got that fits your bend setup — if you want a specific recommendation just email us.
It's designed to be cut flat and then bent in a press to form the pan, so you'll want access to a press brake. The DXF gives you the flat pattern to run on your plasma, laser, or waterjet before bending.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
