Yep, these are 4.5" with a 7/8" arbor so they'll fit most standard angle grinders. Just double-check your grinder takes a 7/8" center and you're good to go.
60 grit is a solid all-around choice for offroad fab work, it'll handle weld cleanup and grinding on both plate and tubework just fine. It's aggressive enough to move metal without chewing through it too fast.

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
