These tool treys from Deuling Design are setup to be cut on plasma tables from 1/16” material and easily bend them together by hand with the sectioned design. They are setup for the specific tire size you are running so that the trey matched the tire and sits nicely for a secure tool storage shelf when you are working on your rig.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

***This product is a Digital Asset. You are purchasing the cutting files (DXF) or Solid (CAD) files for this component so that you can have these plates cut and bent (press) from a CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet machine.***

Frequently Asked Questions

What size tire is this tray made for, will it work with my 37s?

Yep, this one's the MINI tray set up specifically for 37" tires so it matches that tire size and sits nice and secure. If you're running a different size, shoot us an email and we'll point you to the right file.

What thickness material do I cut these from and do they need bending?

They're designed to be cut from 1/16" material, and the sectioned design lets you bend them together by hand right at the table. It's a PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) part so it's mostly flat plate with little to no press work needed.

What do I actually get when I buy this, the files or a finished tray?

This is a digital download, so you're getting the DXF cut files (or CAD) to run on your plasma, laser, or waterjet. Just follow the WPO instructions to keep the strength when you assemble it.

How do I get the 37" TIRE TOOL TREY MINI after I buy it?

These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.

How much does the 37" TIRE TOOL TREY MINI cost?

The 37" TIRE TOOL TREY MINI is $20.00.

The 37" TIRE TOOL TREY MINI is offered through the DIY Off Road marketplace, featuring cut-file designs from fabricators including All Co Metal Fab, Armada Engineering, Baja Customs, Baker Motorsports, BPforged, Brad Howard Welding and Fabrication, Christopher Reader, CRD, Deuling Design, Dirty BFabwerx, FDFabrication, Izzy Fab, JEH Consulting INC, JRTfab, Master Fab, Mc Will Manufacturing, OffroadCAD-Models and Superioroffroaddesigns. Browse the MINI Tire Tool Trays from Deuling Design category, or shoot us an email and we will point you to the right files for your build.

Do you have Fixture and Tools cut files for an off-road or race build?

Yeah — DIY Off Road carries downloadable DXF cut files across Fixture and Tools, including MINI Tire Tool Trays from Deuling Design, all designed by working fab shops. Browse the Fixture and Tools section or email us and we will help you track down the right files.

Can you point me to a shop to get these cut and bent?

Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.

How do I get the files, and what do I do with them?

Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.

Do I need to know how to weld and fab to use these?

Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
