These tool treys from Deuling Design are setup to be cut on plasma tables from 1/16” material and easily bend them together by hand with the sectioned design. They are setup for the specific tire size you are running so that the trey matched the tire and sits nicely for a secure tool storage shelf when you are working on your rig.

PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with little to no bends, mostly or all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.

This one's set up specifically for a 35" tire so the tray matches the curve and sits nice and secure. If you're running a different size, shoot us an email and we'll see if Deuling has a file cut for your tire.

What thickness material do I cut these from on my plasma table?

They're designed to be cut from 1/16" material. It's PTF (Plasma Table Friendly), so it's mostly flat plate that's easy to run on a plasma table.

Do these need a press to bend, or can I do it by hand?

The sectioned design lets you bend them together by hand, no press required. Just make sure you follow the WPO steps so the strength stays in the part.
