Frequently Asked Questions
The description doesn't call out a specific gauge, so shoot us an email and we'll check with the designer on what thickness they spec'd these for. We want you cutting it right the first time.
These are DXF cut files you run on your plasma, laser, or waterjet, so you'll be forming and welding the pieces into the finished muffler yourself. If you need a shop to cut or roll the parts, email us and we'll point you to one we trust.
Straight up, this is a dual-chamber race muffler with serious race sound and it's not designed for the street. If you need something quieter or street-legal, email us and we'll see if another file fits your build better.
These are digital — soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. Nothing physical ships.
The 2.5" Single In/Out Race Muffler Style 2 is $8.00.

DIY Off Road has downloadable DXF cut files for Exhaust Components plus a ton of other off-road and race fabrication parts, all drawn up by real fab shops. Browse the Exhaust Components category, or shoot us an email and we will point you to the right files for your build.
Yeah — if you don't have your own CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet, shoot us an email and we'll send over a few shops that can cut (and press/bend) the parts so you can weld them up.
Soon as your payment goes through you get a download link for the DXF cut files. You (or a shop) cut them from steel on a plasma, laser, or waterjet, bend whatever needs it, then weld them into your build. Nothing physical ships.
Yep — these are cut files for DIY and pro fabrication. A lot of the parts are "plasma table friendly" (flat plate, no bends) to make cutting and assembly easier, but you'll need to cut and weld them in yourself, or have a shop handle it.
